He has a vintage Iron bed in his room and the house is done in country style….how can I incorporate a sports theme but yet keep it rustic/country in his room. He is a Patriots Fan and has lots of Trophies from football and Motocross. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No one has any Pinzon Flannel Sheets

I am 13 and i have a fairly large room i have a full size bed a tv hanging on the wall a couple of desks. i have kind of a sports theme going on. a couple of posters. some giuitars a good rug. but its getting boring. so i need some help or ideas to redecorate.

please help i live in southern california and it’s already getting pretty hot. i currently have flannel bed sheets and they tend to absorb the warmth. so i was wondering which are the coolest and best to use in warm temps?? thanks!

I am looking for some opinions on what I should do in my nursery. I love the sport bedding and different themed rooms where you can get lamps, diaper holders, mobiles, etc. all in the same theme, but I kind of like the idea of a hodgepodge nursery too with a very basic bedding set and a variety of pictures and accessories. Sports, animals, cars, old cartoons, etc. Should I stick with a one themed nursery or get creative with lots of different things. I don’t want it to look busy, cluttered or unorganized either though. Your thoughts?
Thanks. Keep the ideas coming.

I want ones that don’t pill and aren’t too expensive. If you know, where can I purchase them and what is the brand name of the sheets.

My son is 17 months and his Nursery is Winnie the Pooh ..
When he gets older and gets into his Toddler bed, we are going to change the theme.

I am thinking of just using a ‘Color Theme’ instead of a Character Theme and then changing it again to a theme of HIS choice when he’s older ..

I am curious if the rooms that are just ‘Color Themes’ turn out cute? or if they’re too plain?
If we don’t do a color theme, we’ll probably do a ‘Sport Theme’ or something ..

What’s your baby’s Nursery Theme?
We’ll be switching his room when he gets the Toddler Bed to the bigger room down the hall.
We currently have his Nursery in the smaller room that is next to ours, but when he gets the ‘big boy bed’ he’ll be getting the ‘big boy room’ to go with it =]

We already had a Painter come out and paint the new room a bright blue color .. so we’ll either do a color theme that coordinates with that, or we’ll do some ‘boy theme’ of sports toys or something to go with that.
I’m just curious how the rooms that are just ‘color themes’ turn out?

Every year, at their request, I sew flannel pajamas for my grandkids for christmas. Here is the 2007 batch.

We have some terribly outdated furniture that my two boys will be using when we move to our new house. I am wanting to make the furniture a little more modern with paint and new handles. I am unsure of what color to paint the furniture. Any suggestions for these two room themes?
Older boy: Sports theme. Bedspread colors are brown, black, and burgundy.
Younger boy: Safari theme. Bedspread colors are orange, brown, tan, and black.

I was thinking of painting them black, but I don’t really know how that would look. What do you think?

I have a set of sheets which have pilled rather badly. Anyone know how to get rid of the pilling without the use of a razor type device?

I am redoing my 4 years old sons room, its a sports theme. I did the walls 2 colors. The top medium baby blue and the bottom a dark blue. I have all the corwn molding in bright white and i want to paint the ceiling to make it pop. It is that nasty popcorn ceiling also. His room is the standard boys colors with hunter green, all blue colors some tan, thats all in his sports bedding and in his sports decor. What color would u paint the ceiling if it was your room???
