I am a boy I want some ideas to redecorate my room.?
I am 13 and i have a fairly large room i have a full size bed a tv hanging on the wall a couple of desks. i have kind of a sports theme going on. a couple of posters. some giuitars a good rug. but its getting boring. so i need some help or ideas to redecorate.

Grab a few catalogs or go to sites like Pottery Barn Kids. There are lots of visuals there that can inspire you. If you can, paint the walls of your room a different color. Rearranging the furniture does wonders, too.
Start a collection of some sort, and decorate it into a pattern. A roommate I used to live with took all of his tickets from NY Jets, NY Knicks, and NY Mets events, and taped them up all against the wall to make a big "NY" spelled out. For me, I’ve taken Captain Crunch boxes and placed them in a checkerboard format on the wall. Anyways, with whatever you may have lying around or something you can think of – perhaps favorite food or drink – you can decorate your room that way.
Also, I’ve seen that some people make space on their wall (usually white or a light color) to have people sign it or right messages on it. I’ve done this before, but instead taped large pieces of oak tag together – that way it wouldn’t ruin the wall and I could roll it up and keep it if I needed to.
Hanging up jerseys if you have any is also something to do. Try also hanging up mirrors in your room, maybe two or three big ones to make your room seem more spacious. It goes without saying that pictures of your family, friends, and idols can also be placed. I would go for a scrapbook approach and scatter them randomly, on random parts on the wall and either crooked, sideways, or regular. I’m not sure how you are in terms of painting or wallpaper, but a good color change wouldn’t be a bad idea. Hope that helped and good luck.
