Nursery ideas for twin boys?
I am looking for some opinions on what I should do in my nursery. I love the sport bedding and different themed rooms where you can get lamps, diaper holders, mobiles, etc. all in the same theme, but I kind of like the idea of a hodgepodge nursery too with a very basic bedding set and a variety of pictures and accessories. Sports, animals, cars, old cartoons, etc. Should I stick with a one themed nursery or get creative with lots of different things. I don’t want it to look busy, cluttered or unorganized either though. Your thoughts?
Thanks. Keep the ideas coming.

Keep it simple! Trust me, your babies will grow up fast and may or may not like what you picked out. Save the "theme rooms" for when they are old enough to decide what they want or you may be wasting your money.
Okay! You can do two little blue cribs on both sides of the room. And paint the room baby blue. You can paint cars and trucks and baseballs and footballs and basketballs.
Like I said ↑ you should make a theme. For the cars and trucks, you can get a murial of a really detailed race track. That would look cool.
Tight Budget: Go to any hardware store and car ( and trucks) and pick up a stencil. It will still look cute.
If you are going for a sports theme.
Again get a murial of A basketball court ( or a soccer feild, or a football stadium, our a baseball game)
For a murial, they are expensive. I would ask for them to make it really detailed to the point were you feel you are really there.
Tight Budget: Just get some more sporty stencils at your hardware store!
Jungle Theme. ( Cheap but VERY cute.)
Get a jungle wallpaper. paste it on. It can either look like a REAL jungle. Or as a ton of animals jumbled together.
Get stuffed animals and hang them around. It will look very cute!
Either way I think you should, Write their names on the door it is cute
All the luck!

i say get creative and make it original everybody does cars, sports or teddy bears.
Noah’s Ark, The 2 by 2 thing would be cute.
I get a lot of good ideas on themes and painting from ratemyspacehgtv.com
If you just google rate my space then click on the part that says baby nurseries they will show you tons of nurseries to look at and get ideas from.

I think you should get creative with lots of different things.

My aunts friend had twin boys and they have the same initials, so they painted the three letters on the wall between the cribs, and then put the changing table under it, and on the other side of the room they put a couch for when someone had to stay up with them during the night, and surrounded by the couch is ultrasound pics and pics and drawings made of the babies, its really cute. Basically the room is decorated in the babies.
I would just go with a main theme. I am having a baby boy this Feb/March and I am going with the sports theme.
I went with a nautical theme. That way I could kinda mix and match…. and it all came out very cute. I got a cute border, and then a matching bedspread. Everything I pieced together…… I did a paint by number lol….. that was of a lighthouse and sailboats. I got a old rocking chair and made a plaid cover for it. I used left over pieces of the border…. and framed them in a dark cherry wood frame. My crib and changing table where both cherry…… I found a clock that was food and hand painted at a craft show …. its was a boat with animals on it…. kinda Noah’s ark ish. And then I just collected other things to put in there. The nice thing with nautical is that you can use many different things…. light houses, sailboats, life preservers…. whatever.
You don’t need to buy everything in a matching set….. finding pieces and hunting for different things to put into it made the nursery fun for me to work on while I was pregnant, it was cheaper, and made it more special to me. My son has the best decorated room in our house.
